When additional verification is needed, we may request a VIN, existing part number, vehicle specifications, or other information to help confirm compatibility.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Submitting an order does not automatically mean the order has been accepted. We may review an order for payment verification, product availability, fitment information, delivery details, or other information needed to complete the transaction.
We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, incomplete information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parts Line is not responsible for damage, labour costs, additional repairs, or other losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, or use of a product in an unsuitable application.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, eligible Parts Line products include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty coverage applies under normal use and proper installation. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, neglect, external causes, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
We may request photos, product information, installation details, or other reasonable information to review a warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parts Line is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website, delivery delays, improper installation, misuse, modification, or use of a product outside its intended application.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
